Then you've come to the right place! Because we, SAHO Maschinen, are looking for exactly YOU, a part-time office assistant (m/f/d), to join our dynamic team.

What are your tasks?

• Office work and administrative tasks
• Telephone and written correspondence with customers
• Process and check customer enquiries and forward the respective customer orders
• Making and coordinating appointments with transport companies and reserving and booking business trips.
• Data collection and evaluation of statistics
• Order acceptance and processing of machines and organisation of repair and maintenance subcontracting to other service providers
• Preparation of offers, order confirmations 
• Procurement of office supplies.
  

What do YOU bring?

• You have completed training as a commercial employee (m/f/d) and/or ideally have some professional experience in this area.
• You are polite, friendly and responsible towards customers and colleagues.
• You have a very good understanding of numbers and enjoy working with MS Office programmes.
• You convince through independent and autonomous work in a team or alone.
• You work reliably, purposefully and conscientiously.
